Opting out of marketing does not prevent transactional, application, servicing, security, or legally required communications where permitted.
Applicable state privacy requests
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information, or ask about categories collected and disclosed. Legal exceptions may apply, and required records may be retained.
How to submit a request
Email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Describe the request and provide enough information to locate relevant records. Do not send sensitive credentials by email. We may verify identity and authority.
Authorized agents and appeals
Where allowed, an authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authority. If applicable law provides an appeal right, instructions will be included with our response.
